Just heard that puerto rico is so much worse than what i’ve seen on the news.

you know how trees are good and provide fresh air and shade? And how it gets really hot in the tropics?

Maria destroyed like 80% of the trees in Puerto Rico, leaving them leafless. some got uprooted

also, you know how mosquitos can carry diseases and they reproduce by laying eggs in stagnant water? 

turns out there are tons upon tons of bodies of stagnant water in PR sooooooo that means more mosquitos more diseases, like dengue basically, a fucking plague.

AND theres still no running water and no electricity for most.

It’s seriously like the apocalypse there and the so-called president is doing nothing to help.

And they’re endlessly being told to be patient with the USA whose politicians can’t get their heads out of their asses and realize people are dying and suffering and it’s absolutely their fault.
