Robert Guillaume, the voice of Rafiki in The Lion King and Dr. Eli Vance in Half-Life, has died at age 89. 

He was also the narrator for the HBO children’s series Happily Ever After an animated series that told fairy tales featuring all characters from different cultures and ethnicities, like Black beauty and the Beast, Rapunzel, Latina Robin Hood, Chinese little mermaid and so many more. Guillaume was my entire childhood.
