Well, that’s not totally true. You might not be trained for diplomacy, but that’s not going to stop you from using what you have been trained for in ways that are conducive to the paladin lifestyle. If you’re intimidating, nothing stopping you from putting the fear of the gods in friends and foes to keep people from starting fights, lest they have to go through you. Use your imagination/
I get this is kinda out of the blue, but I’ve realized that the problem with playing, say, a fighter who wants to be a paladin, is that they do not have the same skillset. You can be lawful good and attempt to talk your way out of situations all you like, but if you’re not even *trained* in diplomacy, there’s not a ton you can do. Might you have any suggestions for those trying to pursue a character in that line?
