An angel

Instead of calling Autism an “Illness” we should see it as a type of gift. I knew an autistic boy who could tell me anything about any train that was ever made. It was phenomenal.

Ugh wow what an oversimplification of an illness that has a huge spectrum. I feel like people think autism is only those with aspergers and have no idea how hard it can be for those who are severely disabled.
