This is absolutely repulsive. Teachers and other government employees (the bill proposes that it “would require government entities, including schools, courts and hospitals, to “’immediately” notify parents if a child displays signs of gender dysphoria or “demonstrates a desire to be treated in a manner opposite of the child’s biological sex’”) who would do the right thing and NOT out trans kids would, by definition, be breaking the law. The only people this would help and protect are abusive parents.
