Day 4 of the student protest against Howard University’s administrative negligence!

Students have been occupying the Administration building at Howard University (A Historically Black College/University or HBCU) for four days now in protest of Howard’s administration.

This is not just a financial aid scandal: they have endured cold water in their showers, mold, crumbling infrastructure (including an entire academic building falling apart), abuse from the campus police department, the use of misogynistic, homophobic, and transphobic language by professors with no repercussions, and a complete disregard for the physical safety, mental health, and overall wellness of the students that pay up to $45k per year to be subjected to Howard University’s nonsense.

These students have complete control of the A Building and will not leave until their demands have been met. As such, they’ll need donations so they can remain in the building.

This graphic pretty much covers what they stand for, what they need, and how to reach them. If you believe in justice for the students that have been wronged by the Howard University administration, please show your support. #StudentPowerHU

(Despite the fact that the media focuses their lens on the men in our movement, it’s actually pushing fellow black women, LGBT especially trans+ nonbinary people to the front seeing as how they are involved intimately with the leadership)

And heres a link to the demands of Howard’s students.
